Why don't you ask your friend's mom to teach you? Most moms are eager to help their daughter's friends, and I'm sure she would be happy to help!Makeup!!HELP???
Alls i got 2 say iz y don't u ask your friendz to teach how to put on your make-up and look HOTTTT
Light on the face.If you have nice eyes, lips, or cheeks play them up. Also go to make-up counters at your local mall to try different brands and colors and get a free make-over.
When you apply eye liner-try to get closer to the eyes and dont make it too dark.
Dont every apply too much eye shadow. Only put enough to accent your eyes
try using lip gloss instead of lipstick, lip gloss does not accentuate the lines in your lips
well, this all depends on your skin tone, but general guidelines are:
-stick with neutrals (the natural look is best for everyday, you can spice it up at night or for special occasions, but you don't need to look like you're on a magazine cover every day)
-know what works for you (if there are colors you know you look good in/know you look bad in, stick with them/avoid them)
-ask for help (a lot of cosmetics places will do your makeup for you, provided you purchase some of the products they use on you)
-accentuate your best features (if you have great eyes, draw attention to them with eyeshadow and/or mascara . . . same with lips and lipstick/lipgloss)
good luck! hope that helps
Please stay away from thick black eyeliner!! Foundation is number 1. Find a color that matched your skintone. You can do this by blending at your chin line. Since your a teen, go for a bare minerals type foundation. These types are easy to put on, look so natural and reduce breakouts. My fav is Jane Ireldale. Next, go with a really neutral eye color. This way, it reduces any type of darkening around the eyes. Instead of using eyeliner, I use eyeshadow. I have a terrific little brush from Merle Norman. I simply lightly line the outside corners of my eyes. Depending if you are warm, cool or neutral will determine your color. Loreal voluminous mascara in black brown really makes your lashes pop without the street walker look. Pick a simple blush to accent the apples of your cheeks. Choose a really juicy lip gloss with a hint of color. Avoid those that have the large metallic shimmers. We are not all runway models!
Add some light color eyeshadow(shimmery works best!) in the inner corners of your eyes. It really brightens them!
