I just got some for christmas, and it comes with a bottle of skin rev-er upper and that is a multi-vitamin complex that contains a special blend of glycolic and salicylic acids and botanical extract designed to re-energize your complextion, continually smoothing out the skins surface. So, your skin will appear clearer and healthier wile provinding for flawless makeup application every time. that part is supposed to help clear up your skin, and the make up is way less heavy than wearing a thick foundation, so that probably helps too! All I know though is that since i switched from regular fondation to this my skin has broken out less. plus the make up covers really well and apply's well also! It might. It's supposed to be really natural and be pretty good for your skin. But for me, it was really bad for my skin. It dried it out and made it flakey. Now I'm using regular make up again and my face isnt dry anymore. But it does help alot of people, so it may work good with your skin.
ummm....i dont think it actually CLEARS it up but it wont spread it...

It could - if you are allergic to other makeups. Bare Minerals is supposed t be healthier for your skin. But if your acne is caused by something else, it might not change it at all.
if you want a clear face, use cetaphil!
Not if you react to bismuth. BM has bismuth in it. It did not agree with my skin, made me itch.
