No, deffenetly not, that would make the make up run off if anything, just use a loose power, and dont make you face wet, but a touch of hairspray keeps everything on, just so a mist feels your face. Also it deppends on weather your using Cover Up, or Foundation, hope this helped :).
I doubt it. But I know with foundation that after you put it on you can base it with loose powder but powder from a compact will work, also. Basing is good for keeping it on or if you're a bit greasy. Personally, I had never heard that one.
no, surely that would make it run, or lift it off...





the best way is to use a base first and then try not to touch/ rub your face to much

im pretty sure that wont help i mean it might i guess its possible but i think it would just make your make up run and smear
that will make it come off, common sense tells you that, try a little bit of hairspray instead, that always works for me
