I am a red head too and have really fair skin and I know it is hard to find foundation that is light enough. You should try the Almay Nearly Naked foundation, is does really well for me. For blush, choose a light pink or peachy color. For eyeshadow, browns seem to work best for me, especially if you want a natural look.
