What's the best product (primer or whatever) to help makeup to last longer and resist the humidity and heat??

I buy Bare Minerals...it a little pricey but it kind of ';melts'; into your skin after you put it on and it stays on all day. Even if I splash water on my face it will stay on. You have to use soap to remove it. I have not tried the mineral makeups at wal-mart but I am next time I need to buy some.
