I don't use Evian Mineral Water spray but I often pat fresh tap water onto my skin and amazingly, it does make my makeup look fresher.
It doesn't. It also doesn't add any nutrients to your skin.
if you dab your face with a soft damp towel (from tap water)
it will set your makeup. why buy over the counter products?
