Makeup help for a teenage girl?

I need makeup that is sheer, won't clog my pores, and overall is healthy for my skin. Especially for foundation, it can't be cakey, it needs to look like I am not wearing makeup, and that I have even skin. Also, it needs to be available in stores (like CVS), not online.

I need...

-mascara

-(sheer!) foundation

-neutral/shimmer eyeshadow

Please nothing expensive and I've heard mineral makeup is good for your skin. Any advice is also needed!Makeup help for a teenage girl?
mascara: l'oreal telescopic gives you a very neutral look yet enlongates your lashes and makes them more bold

foundation: maybelline mineral power the powder one because the liquid one tends to look alittle cakey also, i would recomend buying a new brush and not the one that comes with it (its too harsh for your skin)

eyeshadow: if you go to coastalscents.com, there is a 88color palette that is only $21 which is totally worth it because its really wonderful quality and you wont ever need any other colors...for a drugstore brand, revlon, cover girl, and maybelline have very good ones...also, try to use matte colors because they are more subtle and natural so that you can wear them to school

tip: when starting out with makeup, try to transition from alittle makeup such as foundation and mascara to more such as eyeshadow and lipgloss...I HOPE THIS HELPED GOOD LUCk ^-^Makeup help for a teenage girl?
Don't do mineral makeup!!!! Its awful!! Messy, cakey, uneven coverage. It just sucks! This foundation in expensive but its worth it and one bottle lasts about 3 months, Clinique Superfit foundation, and Clinique loose powder. Its meant to be sheer but still have some coverage and i have acne and it doesn't make it worse. Also if you do a good foundation you can go a little cheaper on the other products. I like Max Factor 2000 Calorie mascara (walmart) and Maybelline eyeshadows (also walmart) and both of those are about 5 bucks each. The foundation is around 30 for foundation and powder, but thats just 10 dollars a month and its the best stuff ever! It gives you perfect, natural skin and makes you GLOW!!

Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush Mascara is REALLY good. And they have it in navy blue if you don't like just traditional black mascara.

I don't think you really need foundation as a teenager. I use it sometimes. When I really think I need foundation, I use Revlon Custom Creations. It's liquid, but it blends into your skin really well, so it doesn't look cakey.

If you're worried that foundation looks too cakey, try putting loose luminous powder over it (CoverGirl TruBlend is a good choice)

As for eyeshadow, Milani has some pretty nice shimmering colors. Otherwise I would just use Wet n' Wild Mega Eyes. They each have three shades so you have everything you need for great eyes in one compact.

my favorite is physicians formula mineral wear loose powder as a foundation. you can control the coverage and it looks really natural, not cakey. maybelline great lash, or l'oreal voluminous mascaras are relatively cheap and pretty good. as for eyeshadows, if you want to keep it sheer looking, just don't get those HIP things because they stay a while and are really bright. i would do light browns or light golds and silvers, and grays,
for mascara- use maybelline define-a-lash. it's in a lime green tube. it'll wash right off in the shower so you wont have to worry about makeup removers

for foundation- try cover girl tru blend which is a very thin foundation.. and then use cover girl tru blend minerals.. this one is a powder.

eyeshadow- you don't need eye shadow for every day.. but if you have a special occasion try something simple like a shimmery gold.. they have a lot in cheap brands just look around

.. hope this helps and good luck!
