It depends, if your skin tone is darker or has an olive coloring to it, stick with certain shades of brown-caramel, beige, or even gold. If your skin is lighter, try a deep bronze eyeshadow, but avoid trying to match the orange color of the dress. You can combine darker and lighter browns together or the gold to create a stunning look for your eyes. Also, depending on your eyeshadow darkness, your lip color should stay lighter of you're using darker browns, and darker if you're using lighter ones. Creamy beige eyeshadow and a little black liner on the upper lid, and black mascara. You don't really want to do too much with a bright colour like that. Plus, if you wear less colour on you lips and eyes, you won't have to keep touching up.
Go bare with glossy lips a flawless complexion and flirty big lashes. Lash curlers, fake lashes and some wicked mascara. Don't wear eye-shadow. Too much cleashes with orange. Try grey eyeliner instead of black. Whatever colour will be good though.
