It is fun to experiment and try new things. I think the blue eyeliner probably brings out the blue in your eyes more.

Colors For Blue Eyes

There are some colors that seem to be made for blue eyes. Icy pinks, silver, gold and violet. You can expand your selection by also choosing taupe, gray, and other purples, like lavender.

If you want to add a little “oomph” to your makeup, try a bright blue instead. Bright blue eyeshadow will make your eyes really stand out.

Also try turquoise, and if your eyes have green in them, mint green is a great choice. Bright pinks and fuschia are great choices as well. And if you really want to mix it up, try mixing black with another color. It will look striking and it usually best for nightwear.

Application Tips

Now, I wouldn’t give you makeup tips for blue eyes without giving you tips to apply them. If you’re already comfortable with your application you don’t need to read on. But if you think you might like some guidelines to help you, keep reading.

Here’s an example of a day look that you could do:

1.Take a silver shadow and apply it from your eyelashes to your eyebrow.

2.Then apply lavender from your eyelashes to just above the crease. Blend it well into the silver so you can’t see a distinct line.

3.Then take violet and apply it in a “v” from the middle of your eyelid to the outer corner. Blend very, very well. You want it to look like a gradual change of color, not distinct lines.

4.Line your eyes with charcoal or dark gray eyeliner.

5.Apply mascara.

You can adjust the colors to be icy pink with fuschia, light and dark turquoise, gold and taupe, gray and bright blue, light blue and bright blue, silver and bright blue, taupe and green, etc. The list goes on and on.

Just play around until you like what you’re seeing. Have fun.

There is also a new line of mineral makeup that is aimed at teens. They have some great eyeshadow colors. If you use foundation, you may want to consider using minerals instead of the pore clogging, chemical foundations. The website for the Mineral Girlz makeup is under resources.

I have also listed some sites that you may want to check out to see what different makeups contains.

There is nothing wrong with wearing makeup at your age. Just be careful what you put on your skin.

Once again, try new colors and combinations. If you get compliments you know that the colors are working good.Makeup Help?
Your makeup routine sounds wonderful. Since you are wearing blue eyeliner you should nix the colored eyeshadow and go with a neutral brown. Put a light shimmery beige color on the outside corner of your eyes to put color back into you eyeshadow. Everything else can stay the same. Just don't overdo your makeup. If you add more color you must take away some other color.
heyy! cool that ur using all this but go a little bit easier with the colors ! go for more nuetrul eye shadow ! other than that ur good !
Don't fool yourself. Times haven't changed all that much. I thought most 7th graders looked ridiculous wearing makeup when I was a 7th grader. Its mainly because they get turned loose with making without ever being taught how to put it on or what colors they should be wearing.

If you're 13 you should still look your age even with makeup on. You should use lighter colors that match up well with your skin tone. Bring out your eyes with frosty purples, pinks, grays...Not dark colors, but light ones. Pale blushes. I think you have the right idea with the glosses. Some dark lip color would have it to where no one saw anything but your lips coming down the hallway at school. Why wear eyeliner and mascara at all? If you're as pale as you describe yourself you might be trashing yourself out a little by putting all of the dark on your eyes. 13, or 30, blondes have the right colors of liner and mascara for them out there and black isn't it.

Remember, the key to makeup has always been to make it look like you're not wearing any.
i think that you are too young for that much makeup. i am guessing your guardians have already discussed how makeup can be damaging to the skin, and how to care for your skin properly. since you already started makeup early then i will give you some suggestions. maybe try to enhance your look rather than using unnatural colors like blue. for an everyday look try some tinted moisturizer, cheek tint and lip gloss (pink, clear, berry). curl your lashes and add mascara. for a more formal look add some shimmery nude eyeshadow. touch up with face powder. darker makeup and too much makeup will make you look inappropriate and ridiculously older, believe me you don't want to rush your age. you'll understand me when you get there. enjoy your youth. try clinique, neutrogena and bonne bell.
sounds good to me you could change it up a bit by using colors that are similar to what you are wearing like how you are you using blue eyeliner instead of black
