How shall i do my eye makeup?? HELP needed please?

I can never deciede. First i did pencil, but it faded quick, then liquid, then smoothliner, then liquid, and back to pencil.





I like how liquid has that nice dark dramatic affect on my top lid, but then i need something on my bottom.





Im thinking of liquid on top, smoothliner on water line. Would this be a good combo?





and what color? I am fair skinned, blue eyed, and medium-light brown hair.

OMG! I'm fair skinned, I have blue eyes, and i have nedium-light brown hair! xD


And actually, I usually do a kohl liner in black on my top%26amp;%26amp; bottom water lines%26amp;%26amp; if i feel like it, I put some black liquid liner on my top lid.

thats what I recommend. And I have medium- light blue eyes.. and thats what I think looks best..





and i know this wasnt in you question, but just for referrence,, I put a medium matte purple shadow on my eye.. then i put a med brown and light shimmery purple on my lid.. and it looks readdy good!
